This link will take you directly to The Rich Jerk website. That's where I got started with all of this "business". You can get your free website and put some ads on there and start making some cash. You'll have to pay a nominal fee for your website to be hosted but when you do, it's good for a year. They'll give you step by step instructions basically and then it's up to you to run with it or not.
